Auburn Systems broken bag detectors and dust leak detection systems monitors your baghouse for maintenance and EPA environmental compliance. 

Auburn Systems introduced the first triboelectric particulate monitoring device 30 years ago. Auburn Systems has over 30,000 installations worldwide today in virtually every industry. Auburn Systems measures a phenomenon known as the DC Tiboelectric effect. This occurs when particles collide with a probe. The friction of the particles and probe induces a current.  Auburn measures the DC component of this phenomenon. The advantages of the DC component are;

  • DC is significantly more sensitive than the AC alternative.

  • DC signal shows much better linearity to particle mass flow over a wide range of velocities.

  • More responsive tha AC.

  • DC is more stable and less affected by temperature changes and flow turbulence.

  • DC is less likely to trigger a false alarm.

  • DC is intrinsically safe.

AUBURN™.vision™ Parametric Manager, 

 

While the emission monitoring instruments can collect useful, but isolated, data, existing factory automation software products are focused on process control and production, and are not designed for emission monitoring and reporting. We have developed emissions monitoring information systems to meet these needs. The AUBURN.vision Parametric Manager organizes information and provides compliance reports for a large number of parametric measuring devices: emissions control systems; differential pressure; bin level; temperature; fan amps; and various maintenance and ancillary manufacturing activities while eliminating costly programming.

 


TRIBO.trac™  Dust Leak Locator System

 

The TRIBO.trac Bag Leak Locator System pinpoints the compartment or row where a filter failure has occurred when used with any Auburn 4-20mA analog output particulate emissions monitor. TRIBO.trac provides both early warning and high level alarms via two independent relay contacts. TRIBO.trac is an optional feature in TRIBO.link Network Monitoring System.


TRIBO.prevent™ Dual Alarm System

TRIBO.prevent Dual Alarm System provides remote early warning and high level warning alarms by comparing setpoints with 4-20mA analog output of emissions levels from any Auburn triboelectric monitor.


TRIBO.dgd™ Continuos Emissions Monitor

TRIBO.dgd is the first all-digital, dual channel, OPC compatible, dust collector monitoring system for real-time bag leak/broken bag detection specifically designed for the small baghouse. It features an all-digital, wide dynamic range, digital signal processor (DSP) operating system, eliminating the need to manually set monitoring ranges. It provides bag leak/broken bag detection and location while simultaneously monitoring selected parameters; (i.e. velocity, differential pressure, motor amps). TRIBO.dgd functions as a stand-alone unit, or can be connected to a PC providing advanced capabilities to smaller dust collector operations (until recently only available with TRIBO.link).
