The DPVAC "PD" Series gives
you the high performance suction you need in the easy-to-move DRV
frame. When you need serious power, you need a
positive displacement vacuum producer.
That's because it actually pulls harder as the job gets tougher.
In fact, our design
moves material three times faster than other vacuums using centrifugal
vacuum pumps of
the same horsepower!
Since the Positive Displacement Series machines all feature our
exclusive triple filtration system, even ultra-fines like iron oxide and fly ash
are never a problem. And like all our portables, all model have a high efficiency,
cartridge type inline filter that can easily be upgraded to HEPA type.
The selection between these models is determined by use.
Generally, the longer the vacuum hose and the heavier the dust load, the more suction you
will want. If the powders you need to deal with are below 5 microns,
look for a machine with a air to cloth ratio less than 6.5:1.
