This is a serious heavy lift industrial vacuum. This machine utilizes state of the art technology while running smooth and quiet. The H-Lift also gives you over 1 cu yd of integral storage that allows an operator to continuously vacuum spills and messes in the yard or on the shop floor.

The powerful H-Lift  can be is configured with many horsepower and filtration options so you’ll get the high performance dependable vacuum cleaning solution you demand.

Its positive displacement vacuum pump attains up to 16" Hg. and actually pulls harder as the hose fills with material.  This means H-Lift  can pick up material three times faster than vacuums using centrifugal pumps.

Triple filtration sets new design standard

Triple filtration assures trouble-free operation with fine powders. The super-efficient primary filter media won't easily blind, so there is never a drop in performance as the hopper fills. Vacuum fines continuously until the hopper fills without ever stopping the system to clean the filters.

  • The first stage efficiently separates most particulate and properly protects against abrasion

  • Second, a 99.9% filter captures remaining fines in a baghouse format OR in available automatic pulse jet cleaning

  • "surface filtration" type filters are standard

  • Third, a safety filter provides backup protection that can easily be upgraded to HEPA type.

The incredibly low noise levels on these large PD machines is the result of extensive custom tuning of the silencers.  These sound levels are taken 3 ft from the end of the exhaust under FULL LOAD.

NEW!  40 Hp H-Lift TM ideal for one 4" diameter hose or TWO 2.5" ID hoses.  Using the same great vacuum pump as the 50 hp, the PL400 achieves 16" Hg continuous power supports long hoses and moves high tonnage.  Pulse jet cleaning is standard, with 50% more filtration than the 300p above.
