Pulse jet cleaned tubular filters in an efficiently designed
manifold ensure years of work horse usability.
The use of "eductors" over each filter element instead of old
fashioned venturies mean more effective cleaning with lower compressed air
consumption and much longer filter life.
RAMTUBE filters are fabricated of 12 Ga. or heavier mild steel and offered
in a number of effective configurations. All units are fully
welded and rated to withstand 20"WG.

Cleaning
jets
are engineered to have optimum reverse pressure and flow
characteristics. This jet design reduces the main cause of bag
wear and dust penetration, the re-entrainment
of
dust from bags in the cleaning mode to bags in the filtering
mode. Twin
jets
permit lower pulse pipes with low profile jet formation which
reduces the effect on reverse air flow in the clean air plenum.
High-strength
inlet deflectors
protect bags from impact wear caused by high inertia dust
particles. Integral
dropout
and distribution chamber removes high-inertia particles,
reducing dust load on filter elements.
Maximum
opening in bag mouth minimizes
pressure drop through bag mounting plate, eliminating the
power-robbing venturies of other designs.
