Vertical media collector with airflows ranging from 1500 cfm to 3000 cfm. Standard filter configuration is a first stage impinger, second stage mesh, and third stage fiberglass Vee-bag filter. Optional HEPA module is provided with a cam clamp mechanism to provide a knife edge seal. Blower module includes a belt drive arrangement incorporating adjustable sheaves to vary the airflow. Other motor horsepower, fan, and filter options are available.

Vertical media collector with airflows ranging from 2000 to 6000 cfm. Unit comes standard with blower module, 3 stage filter module, and inlet plenum. Other modules can be added such as impinger module, HEPA module, and floor stand.

Vertical media collector with airflows ranging from 4000 to 12000 cfm. Unit shown with optional impinger and HEPA module. Blower module is custom and includes a direct drive fan with a high efficiency motor.

Nominal 1500 CFM, duel vertical cartridge, Dust Collector. Filters out dry dust and fume. HEPA like cartridges provide 548 square feet of filter that can achieve 99.97% efficiency. Unique self-cleaning pulse jet systems. Automatic timer controlled air pulse cleaning, resulting in low filter maintenance. Filter pressure gauge indicates when to change filters. Low noise level below 70 dBA. Smaller footprint (36.75 in x 24.5 in) when compared to the competition. Overall height, including a dust drawer, is 84 inches. Constructed with heavy 14-gauge metal, assuring extensive durability. Heavy textured powder coat paint finish for durability. The distinct clamping mechanism allows for a simple tool-less filter change. Non-overloading direct drive blower, powered by a 3 HP motor delivers 1500 CFM. Four options for inlet locations, utilizing plenum boxes eliminate 90-degree elbows and simplifies ductwork installation.
