Vacuum Tools - A few words about
our vacuum tools. Our vacuum tools are top quality products.
The gulper tool is one of our users favorites. It's robust
pickup and heavy duty design allows for years of service life. The
tool can be used with a 1.5 inch or 2 inch wand with the addition of
a 32AH adapter. All of our large tools have heavy duty handles for
ease of use. We can custom fabricate tools to your design and
specifications. We have overhead cleaning tools up to 6" pipe and
larger. Overhead tools are generally used with a single bend wand.
Far to reach areas can be accessed by adding the necessary number or
straight extensions until the desired length is achieved. Our tools
are classified as a type 4 and a few of the tools are friction fit
such as the 700 floor tool which must be used with a 30 wand.

Tool carts - Our tool carts
provide easy storage and mobility for hose and tools. They are
available in two sizes. The tool carts are available in a standard
and a deluxe version. The standard version stores 50 feet of 1.5
inch hose while the deluxe all steel version allows 50 feet of 2
inch hose to be stored.

Separators -The cyclonic top hat
separator is by far the most popular of all our separators. The unit
allows a normal 55 gallon open top drum to become a cyclone. This
usually is beneficial when more storage is needed. What a simple
solution? The top hat can be used with vacuum systems and dust
collection systems. The aluminum is very light weight and can be
removed quite easily. The steel top hat is heavier and requires a
couple of people to take it on and off. Other separators are
available such as; wet separators, sealed hoppers from 3/4 yard up
to 2 yards for vacuum systems. Larger collectors are available by
request for low pressure dust collection applications.

Vacuum hose - Vacuum hose is
available in a range of colors and performance specifications. The
most standard hose size is 1.5". This size is used in over 90
percent of all applications. Other common sizes are 2" and
2-1/4"(shop vacuum hose). However, don't be mislead, there are a lot
of suppliers mixing the hose sizes up. In general a hose is measured
by its inside diameter. So if in doubt, measure the inside diameter
of the hose to be sure. Next lets move on to hose specifications.
I will list few common categories vacuum hose can be broken down
into. Plastic vacuum hose, Plastic Crushproof vacuum hose, Static
conductive vacuum hose, static dissipating vacuum hose, grounded
vacuum hose, completely grounded vacuum hose, abrasion resistant
vacuum hose. There are other ways to classify hose, but too numerous
to mention here.
